License Information

All licenses will allow you to use the software indefinitely.

For the first year, the license also entitles you to download all updates to the software and to receive technical support.

Software Maintenance

All new licenses includes a free one-year software maintenance agreement that gives you:

• Free minor and major upgrades.
• Highest priority for requested features, or other improvements to the software.
• Highest priority for fixing reported problems and bugs.
• Free technical support by e-mail.

This software maintenance agreement can optionally be renewed after the first free year. Software maintenance is optional and you’re free to choose not to continue the maintenance program.

If you do not renew the software maintenance your license(s) will continue to work as normal, but you will not be able to install and use the latest updates.
